Su BlogStones potete leggere un articolo dal titolo: "How You Can Benefit From Six Sigma".
Questa è la versione tradotta in italiano con il traduttore automatico di Google.
The Six Sigma process is broken down into many different levels, for all the employees that are working within an organization, or corporation. The Six Sigma level that you will be trained on depends on where you are positioned within your current company, and the types of responsibilities that you handle each day while at work. Each of the Six Sigma levels are referred to as a colored belt, and each of these belts and certification are outlined below.
Six Sigma Black Belts are the ones in charge of the training and the directing for their team, in order to achieve a profitable outcome. They are considered the supervisors of the team, and oversee the entire enhancement program that the team is currently working on.
Green Belts, in the Six Sigma process, can be considered the “right hand man” or the assistant to the Six Sigma Black Belt. They assist the Six Sigma Black Belts by over seeing the team projects, and collecting the data and analysis that is required. In a company without the Six Sigma process they would be thought of as the assistant supervisor.
Then there are, Six Sigma Yellow Belts are mid ranking employees who participate as a project team member by reviewing process improvements and supporting the overall improvement project. They are basically the working class employees of the project.
The lowest tier in the Six Sigma program is a White Belt. Six Sigma White Belt individuals can work on low-level problem solving teams to support the overall Black Belt project, but they are not considered official members of the Six Sigma project team. Six Sigma White Belts do not require any official Six Sigma training or Six Sigma certification and they are only aware of or have a basic understanding of Six Sigma concepts and how it works. |
